This video acts as proof of a genuine issue (defect, damage, or missing item).
No complaints regarding refunds, damages, or missing items will be entertained without this uncut opening video.

You have 3 days from the date of delivery to notify us if you wish to return an item.
Returns will only be accepted in the following cases:
